    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to get a oil change, and it didnt take long. I didnt have to pay for it because they do it for free. I got a receipt back though showing that it was done. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff was nice and polite like always.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. I brought it in for the winshield wipers, and an oil change. It was there for about an hour and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was great and really nice. The experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Dodge Caravan. I brought it in for the engine to be replaced. It was there for about 8 days and the I had to pay for it. The price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. The staff there was excellent. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. Stephen sold me the car. The car was from a smoker so it made me sick the first few days. There is a list of things to fix but with my work schedule I haven`t gotten the car back in. I love it. The process took an hour when I made up my mind. The staff was really nice. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. My salesperson was Rob and he was great, he knew what he was talking about and was very easy to deal with. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. It took about an hour to an hour and a half to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford FREESTAR. My salesperson was Tim. The customer service that I received was great. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 2-3 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience is positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. My salesperson was Brian and he was very good. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. It took 2 days to get approved because they were really busy originally. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought it in for the water hose to be changed because it was leaking. It was there for a couple of hours and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there was wonderfull. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. My salesperson was a young heavier white male and he was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. The car was in good condition when I got it. The car jerks when I shift gears. It took about 5 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Cutlass. I took the car to the service center to get a oil cahnge, and it didnt take long. I didnt have to pay for it, and I didnt get anything back. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2008 Nissan Sentra. I brought it in for an oil change that was done that day. I paid $5 and I did get a receipt. The engine light is on and I am going talk to them tomorrow when I make my payment. The staff was fine and the experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 GMC Jimmy. I brought it in because it was making a lot of creaking noises. It was there for 5 hours and the service was covered. I did get a receipt but they didn`t put a front end alignment on it. I had to bring it in again for that. The service manager said he was going to call me, but I had to call him and ask why it was pulling to one side. The staff was good, but the parts place kept sending the wrong parts which made it take as long as it did. The experience was neutral because even though they made me comfortable, no one came and told me the reason it was taking so long was because the parts place kept sending the wrong parts. I was also upset about the front end alignment not being done.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. I took the car to the service center to have transmittion done, and a oil change. I took the car in on Monday, and didnt get it back till a week later. All the work that was done was covered under warranty, but I got a receipt back. When the car was in they did an alignment and it still pulls to the right. The staff treated me fine. Overall my experience was positive.

I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, and I didnt get anything back. I am not having any problems with the car now.
