    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was poisitive. My salesperson was a man with black hair, and he sat at the first desk inside the door, on the right. He provided very good customer service throughout the process. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Lumina. I took the car to the service center to have the transmittion replaced. I got the car back two days later because the guy was off when I took it in. All the work that was done was covered under warranty, but they gave me a receipt back. I have to replace the battery and brakes soon. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle needed an oil change, and it took about 15 minutes to complete. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac AZTEK. My overall experience was absolutely positive. My salesperson was Jillian. Her service was amazing. Everyone there is super great. Very welcoming and helpful--I have referred several people to this dealership. Just awesome!! My car was in good condition and clean for me. I was approved for the car in the same day. The only minor issue is that some fuses in the car might need to be changed. Other than that the car is running just fine.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was David, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle stalls on me,and dies some times. My vehicle will start back up sometimes, but my vehicle will die on my husband on the high way. My sales person was fantastic, and I am pleased with his work. The finance guys, and the other staff, did a good job too.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I took my car to the service center to have the wheel barrings and engine replaced. I got the car back the same day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back showing what was replaced. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me pretty good. Overall my experience was neutral because there was a problem a week later with the engine light. There was no oil in the car.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. I bought my car from Matt who was the perfect salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it and there are no current problems with the car. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 GMC Jimmy. Oil change was the recent service performed on the vehicle, and it took two hours for the vehicle toe be scompleted. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I took my car in to get the oil changed. I also asked them to check to see if I needed a tune up. It took 30-45 minutes to be completed. I had to pay $5.00 and I do think the price was fair. I didn`t receive my paperwork that day but they did mail it to me. I`m not having any problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was fine. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. I brough tit in for an oil change that was done that day while I was at work. It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was wonderfull as always. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford Explorer. I brought it in for a dead battery, alternator and ball joints. It was there for 2 days and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was helpfull. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Montana. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Marcos, and he provided good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, I smell antifreeze but I cannot find a leak.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running conditionn when I first got it. The only thing wrong now is the light on the speedometer is off and will not come back on. Mike was my salesperson and he ws good overall. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2000 Mercury Mystique. Overall, my experience was very positive. I brought the car in because of problems with the breaks. It was quickly serviced for me. Part of it was under warranty, and the pads I had to pay for. I think it was absolutely a fair price for what I had to pay. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was wonderful. Currently, there are no problems with the vehicle.
