    I own a 1998 Nissan Quest. I took my vehicle in for an oil change. It took about 15-20 minutes to complete. It was covered under warranty and I did receive paperwork that day. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now. The staff is very nice. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Grand Cara. My experience was positive. Jessica was my salesperson. My van was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the van in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My van is still running alright.

    I own a 2003 KIA Spectra. The vehicle was recently brought in for belt service, and it didnt take a very long time for the vehicle to be completed. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was real good, and the belt is still squeaking currently. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. I took the car to the service center because the check engine light was on. I got the car back the same day. I had to pay ten dollars for the oil change, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me very nice. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I currently do not have any issues with it now. The staff overall were great. I was approved for my vehicle the same day.

    I own a 2002 Ford Windstar. I brought my car in for a new battery which was installed the same day. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was very good but there is a tapping sound coming from the car when I drive it. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE 98. I brought my car in for an oil change and to have my radiator flushed. It took about an hour and a half to complete. It was not covered under warranty, but I paid a fair price. I received paperwork for the service. The staff were nice. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Lumina. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because it was leaking antifreeze, and they kept it overnight to fix it. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me great, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Zack, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was fine when I bought my vehicle, and I currently do not have any problems with it. Zack did a very good job during my time that I spent purchasing my vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Stratus. My salesperson was Gary. He and the other employees did a great job, they were very helpful. I was approved the same day, I was there for a pretty long time. My car was in good condition when I got it and it is doing very good today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 GMC Jimmy. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. However, I went to use my emergency brake and it did not work. So I took the car in to get the emergency brake fixed. They did. Brandon was my salesperson and he was really good. Carol slammed papers down which was not necessary in my face and my wifes face asking for four references inside. She did however calm down a little bit later when we were in a room amongst ourselves. I was approved for my car the same day. I will be referring my army buddies to get a car from JD Byrider.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Mr. Johnson, and he provided wonderful customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently the passenger door will not open, the A/C is not cooling, and the lights will not stay off when I turn them off.
