    I own a 1999 Buick Century. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I currently do not have any problems with my car now. Charlie was my salesperson and he was very good. I was approved for my car the same day.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I brought my car in to get the thermostat fixed and it took them 5 days to fix. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was lousy, they were ignorant and arrogant. There are no current problems with the car but my overall experience was negative because it took way to long for my car to get fixed and because of the way I was treated.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 Dodge Neon. My salesperson was Rich, and he was ok. It took all day to get approved for the car. The car was in ok condition when I got it, but I have already taken it to the service center to have work done. There is a lot of things wrong with the car now. Overall my experience was neutral because of all the problems I am having with the car now.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Oil change was the recent service performed on the vehicle, and didnt take them very long for them to service the vehicle. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did not receive a receipt for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rae this experience positive.

    I own a 1999 Buick LeSabre. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Joe (or JD). He was great as far as customer service and is a good man. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when i bought it. There are currently no problems with the vehicle, and I was approved the same day.

    I own a 1999 Buick Century. My experience was positive. My salesperson was a heavy-set, blonde woman who was very easy to work with. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The car has been running hot.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Other. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of a problem with the door handle. It was quickly serviced for me, and it was not under warranty. The price I paid was fair, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was great, and there are no current problems with the car.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I needed an oil change, and took about 20 minutes to complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that I was at the dealership.

My vehicle was in good condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. My sales person did a good job during my visit with your dealership.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because there was something wrong with the trasmmission. It was quickly serviced for me, and I did not have to pay anything because it`s still under warranty. I don`t remember if I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. Currently, there are no problems with my vehicle.

    I own a 1999 Ford Ranger. We took the vehicle in for an oil change and a tune up. It took about 1 hour to be completed. I had to pay $5.00 for the oil change which was fair. You can`t beat that price. The tune up was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now. The customer serive by the staff was good and they were very nice. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. My salesperson was Walley. He and the other employees did a very good job. I was approved the same day, I was there about one and half hours. My car was in good condition when I got it and it is doing fine today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Cougar. I bought my car from John, and he was awesome. He cleaned the car up before I got it. I was approved for the car the same day. I need the title and registration for the car its been four weeks since I bought the car. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, but the driver side mirror is broke, the check engine light, and theres clunking under the car. The mirror is being orded now. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1997 CHEVROLET Other. I brought my car in for the window. It was in the shop for about 4 days. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were fine. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive. I like JD Byrider. This is my 3rd car from them.
