 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Hyundai Sonata. I took in my car for unfortunately the check engine light has always been on since I bought the car. The car was breaking down three days after I got the car. The check engine light and air light bag is on currently so I know it isn`t fixed completely. The brakes and the engine itself are a big issue. They had a newer cars for less money and I feel like they sold me the worst car. The work took a day. The work was covered and I did get shown the paperwork but I didn`t get a copy of the work. They are refusing to give me a Carfax on the car after I`ve asked for one. I believe the car has more issuse that are known. They are helping me with my credit which is good but I don`t feel like they are helping me any other way. The staff is casual with me. My experience was neutral and going into bad because I`ve tried everything to find a solution like change out the car but they turn away when I bring it up issue.

 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. My salesperson was Mike, and he was pretty good. I was approved for the car weeks before I got it. The car was in good condition when I bought it, but there were some interrior flaws. I am not having any problems with the car now. There is a different lock on the driverside door so I have to get a remote for it at a different lot. I really liked the warranty and everything that came with it. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Plymouth Voyager. The vehicle was recently brought in for belt service, it took the afternoon for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service, and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff was fine, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. I took my car to the service center to have the motor and transmittion checked.Also I wanted to see why the light only worked on bright. I got the car back the same day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back showing what needed to be done. I have to have the motor mount replaced. I am still having the same problems with the car. Derrick is real nice. Overall my experience was positive.

The car was in good condition when I got it, but I need to get some brake work done. Overall my experience was neutral because I felt like I was there for hours.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Dave, and at first he was just trying to stick us in a vehicle that we did not want. Once we let him know that we were not happy with this, he changed his mind and decided to work with us. The vehicle was dirty on the inside, and one of the cupholders was so sticky it looked like someone had dumped syrup in it. We were approved for the vehicle the same day. Currently, the check engine light and oil light are on, and it is making a weird noise.

My sales person was tall, cacausion, male, and he sat at the first desk. I think that my sales person`s name is Jason, but I am not sure. I was approved the same day that I walked into the dealership. My vheicle was clean, and had a nice engine when I bought it. I currenlty do not have any problems with my vehicle at the present time.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. Overall, my experience was very negative because the car is a bunch of junk and the customer service sucks. I brought the car in for the same problem I`ve brought it in for six other times. It is running hot, smells hot, and is blowing over. It was not quickly serviced and took over a week. The vehicle was under warranty, so I did not pay anything. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was really terrible. There are still problems with my car running hot and making noise and I`m going to have it bring it in for a seventh time.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Escort. I took the car to the service center because there was a dead animal in the container of the windshield wiping fluid. It was also time to get the oil changed. I got the car back that day. I didnt have to pay for any of the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The staff treated me very nice. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. I had to have my vehicle towed into the shop because my alternator went out. It was fixed the same day. I had to pay out of pocket but the price was fair. I did receive paperwork that day. I am having problems with the fog lights not working right now. The staff was excellent. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. My salesperson was Josh. He and the other employees did a good job. I was approved the same day, I was not there that long. My car was in good shape when I got it and it is doing alright today, I need to take it in for the cadyllic converter. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for new brake pads, an oil change, and my car was shaking. I do not rememeber how long the work took. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork. The staff`s service was great. There are no problems with my car at this time.
