    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. Angie was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It didnt take very long for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it at this point. The staff was very good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Buick Century. I took my car to the service center to get a oil change, and it didnt take long at all. I was the first on there so it only took fifteen minutes tops. I didnt have to pay for it, but I got a receipt back showing it was done. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me very friendly and warm. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Escort. My experience was positive. Harold was my salesperson. My car was running well when I got it, but it wasn`t clean. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac AZTEK. I brought my car in because the service engine light came on and for an oil change. It took about forty minutes to complete. It was not completely covered under warranty. I paid $5. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was fine. I am bringing the car back in soon to get the brakes worked on. The service engine light has also come back on. Overall my experience was neutral because I keep having to bring the car back in.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Buick Century. I brought it in because it felt like the transmission was going out. It was there for 4 days and the service was covered. I did get a receipt but it is back in again right now for the same thing. The staff there was alright and does what they can for me. The experience was negative because I am still having the problem.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler Town & Cou. I took the car to the service center to have the tires replaced. I got the car back a couple hours later. I have to pay two hundred and fourty dollars for them, but I havent got a receipt back yet. I am making payments on them because its easier. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me good, and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2008 Ford Escort. I took the vehicle in for an oil change. It took about 45 minutes for the repair. I had to pay for the service but the price was fair. I did receive paperwork that day. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now. THe staff was fine. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Josh. He and the other employees did a good job. I was approved the same day, I was there for a pretty long time. My car was in good condition when I got it and it is doing fine today. My experience was positive.

I was approved the same day, I was there a pretty long time to get everything done, they were very nice. My car is there today, because I am waiting to get the insurance information to them.     I own a 1998 Buick LeSabre. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, it took about thirty minutes for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center because the heater had to have work done to it. I got the car back from the shop the same day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done to the car, but they gave me a receipt showing what they did. It seems that the gas pedal wants to stick every now and then. The staff treated me alright.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1996 OLDSMOBILE 98. I brought it in for a tune up, oil change and there was a noise. It was there for a day and I had to pay for it. The price was reasonable and I did not get a receipt. They said we never told them about the noise so it wasn`t fixed. I have not set up another appointment yet. I am upset because the problem was not fixed. The staff there was ok, they were friendly and helpfull. The experience was neutral because the problem wasn`t fixed.

    I own a 2003 Buick Rendezvous. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Michelle and she was very helpful, good to work with, and really looked out for me. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. She did write a service order for a few minor repairs, but everything else seemed to be in good condition. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2004 SUZUKI Esteem. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because the key broke off into the ignition. It did not take long at all. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. There are no problems with my car at this time. Everything is fine

    I own a 2001 KIA Sportage. I took the vehicle in to get the oil change. It took about 20 minutes to be completed. I had to pay but it was a little of nothing. I think the price was fair. I did receive paperwork when I was there. I`m not having any problems with the vehicle now. The staff was great. My overall experience was positive.
