    I own a 2002 Mercury Villager. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was a shorter hispanic man, and I think Marcos sounds familiar. He provided very good customer service throughout the whole process. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 1994 Dodge Stratus. My sales person was a man who was tall with blonde. I was done within a couple of hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. There have been no problems at all and the staff was really good. The exeprience was positive.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Bravada. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Leonard. His service was good. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was clean but I feel some vibration in the tires. That is the only problem I am experiencing.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 20 or 30 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was great. The experience was extremely positive.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for various problems, which I`ve had ever since I bought the car. I`ve had to take it in to the shop about once a month, and it`s usually quickly serviced for me, taking no more than a couple of days. Some of the things wrong were under warranty, and I guess the price I paid was fair. I don`t really know that much about that stuff though. I think I was given a receipt, and the customer service was alright. Currently, I think there is a problem with my muffler.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I took the vehicle in for an oil change. It took about 30 minutes to be completed. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I was having a problem with the security system but I think it was my fault. THe customer service of the staff was very good. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall, my experience was very positive. My salesperson was Dave, and he was wonderful. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are currently no problems with the vehicle, and I was approved the same day.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. Drew was my salesman. He was great. The van was clean and in good condition when I got it. Every now and then the tires go low. And I had my battery light come on once. I like the van though. I had to wait to get approved until I got my pay stubs from my newest job. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Chrysler Concorde. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a battery problem, and it took a couple of hours. I had to pay for the service, and I felt the price was fair. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me great. There are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because the service lights came on in relation to hitting potholes. It was quickly serviced for me, and my car was under warranty so I did not pay anything. I was not given a receipt, and the customer service was great. Currently, there are no problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in for the ignition module. It was in the shop for a day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were excellent. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Escort. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Rick, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was excellent when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. Rick did a good job during the time that I spent at the dealership.

    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I brought my car in for front end problems. It was in the shop for about a week which is what we expected. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I am going to have to take it in to have them look at it again because it is still having the same problem. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Dodge Stratus. Overall, my experience was neutral because it took a long time to have my car serviced and they didn`t care to call me and tell me how long it was going to take. I brought the car in becasue of damage on the hood, and a vibration that would occur at 63 mph. It was not quickly serviced, and took about four days. My car was under warranty, and I did not pay anything. I was given a receipt, and the customer service could have been better. I am not happy about the service. Currently, my car is running okay. It`s about time for me to take it in for an oil change and maintenance check.
