 | I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get the steering wheel fixed and I got it back the next day. The price I paid was fair but there was no receipt involved. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since then. The staff were good to me.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. I took in my car for check engine light a noise in the wheel. The car is okay right now. The car was in for like two days. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The staff was cool. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Steve, and he provided pretty good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. I had to take my vehicle in because the pulley was squeeking, the brakes were rubbing. They had the vehicle for 1 day. I am still waiting for the emergency brakes to be fixed and the pulley is still squeeking. I have an open ticket because I am waiting for them to get the parts in to finish the repair. I am going to have to pay. I don`t know what yet but I don`t think it`s right that I have to pay after 7 months of having the vehicle. I haven`t received paperwork because it`s still an open ticket. The staff`s customer service was pretty good. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I brought my vehicle in to get the check engine light fixed and it took 10 minutes. It was under warranty and the service didn`t need a receipt. The staff are good to me every time I am there. My grandson got into a wreck so they are going to check the hoses and try to fix a leak for me. Overall my experience was positive.

I was approved the first day I went in. The transmission has been giving me problems and I am starting to worry that the whole transmission went bad.

My car was in good condition when I got it, we found out later that the muffler was loose and they replaced it for me. My car is doing fine today. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 1998 Buick LeSabre. Jessica sold me the car. The car was in fair condition. They said to bring the car back for the mirror on the windshield and there were a couple of noises today but they are wearing off. The process took a day. The staff was fanastic. I already had one car I was buying from them and the motor had seized up so I bought this other one. My experience was very positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Blazer. My saleperson was Randy. He and the other employees did a alright job. I was approved the same day. My car was in alright condition when I got it, it had a few problems the gas line snapped on it and I am having problems with my door seals. My car is doing about the same, I was supposed to take it in today and I did not get a chance to take it in. My experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I bought my car from John and Jacob and they were okay as salespeople. The was clean but it broke down ten miles from driving it off the lot. Currently the check engine light is on. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was neutral because of all the problems the car is having.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. I took my car in because of my brakes--it was causing my front end of the car to shake. It took a few hours to fix. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. THe staff was fine. There are no problems with my car at this time. My overall experience was neutral because I felt like some of the people at JD wanted to help and the others were not so helpful.
