    I own a 2002 Buick Century. I bought my car from Matt and he was a wonderful salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it and there are no current problems with the car. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Venture. I took the vehicle in for problems with the rack and pinon. It was covered under warranty but I`m afraid the warranty may be up now. They had my vehicle for 2 days. I did receive paperwork the day that I was there. I am still having the same problem now. I feel they should have to fix it even if the warranty is up since it was a repair that they did before. When Don was there the customer service was great. Now there are different people there and it`s not the same. The guys are still friendly thought. My overall experience was neutral due to the problems I am still having with the car.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an inspection. The job took a few hours. It was not under warranty and the price was fair. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car to the service center because it wouldnt start. I got the car back the next day. I had to take it back after I got it because it still wasnt working. I had to pay a hundred dollars for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me good.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. I bought my car from Agee and she was a good salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it, however it broke down today and I had to take it to the shop. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 SATURN Other. I took my vehicle in to get the tires replaced. I had to pay out of pocket but I think the price was fair. I did receive a copy of the paperwork. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now but I do need an oil change. I would rate the customer service a 10 and my overall experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Mike was the person that helped me get into my vehicle and he did a really good job with me. The vehicle was clean when I bought it but the check engine light came on right away and has been on for a week or two. I was approved the first day I went in. Overall my experience was neutral due to the check engine light problem.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Rick, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was okay when I bought it, but the trunk release is broke. My compact disk player will not play my C.D`s, my vehicle is leaking oil, and left windsheild wipper will not spray. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Timothy, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was okay when I bought it, but had a couple of issues that is going to be taken care of tommorow. My ABS, and manifold needs work. My manifold is giving off more polution than the legal limit allows for my state, so it needs work. Timothy did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was a white guy. His service was great. The car was in good condition and clean when I got the car. I was approved for the car the same day. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET S-10. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was an older, white woman and she was excellent in terms of customer service. I had no problems whatsoever. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oxygen censor, I was there for a couple of hours for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was great, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford Focus. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because my clutch stopped working. It took a day to fix the problem. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. I brought my car in because the brakes were squeaking and the trunk latch would not open. It was in the shop for about a day. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was wonderful but the brakes are still squeaking and the power steering pump is whining. Overall my experience was positive.
