 | I own a 2002 GMC Sierra. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was a white, heavy set guy. His service was alright. I wes approved for my truck the same day. The car was clean but I noticed the console could not open. There are no major problems but I noticed the other day that a light popped on saying that something was low. I am not sure what it means but I am going to take it in soon.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Buick Century. I took the car to the service center to have the wheel barring replaced. I didnt get the car back till the next day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, and I am not sure if I got anything back. I am still having the same problem with the car. Also the front wheels seem to turn and grad on dry pavement. I dont have any comdplaints about the staff. It just took awhile to get the car in. Overall my experience was negative because the service manager didnt want to work with me.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Buick Century. Overall, my experience was neutral because they wouldn`t let me finance the payments, and they used to have that option. I brought the car in becasue the engine light was on. It was quickly serviced for me, and I did not have to pay anything because it`s under warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was okay. Currently, there a few probmes with the car, such as the service lights come on everytime I hit a pothole, there`s a light that shuts off, and I have another light that comes on when it`s not supposed to.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Venture. Johnny was the salesperson that helped me get a vehicle and he did a really good job working with me. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I have had a few problems with it. The heat doesn`t blow on high, the service engine light is on and there is brake noise going on too. I was approved the first day I went in. Overall my experience was neutral due to all of the car problems already.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Hyundai Sonata. My overall experience was neutral due to the condition of my vehicle. I have had to replace two window regulators, a new headlight and some plastic pieces on the door. My salesperson was Crystal and she was good. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | I own a 1999 Plymouth Voyager. I took my vehicle in repeatedly for the brakes. The brakes were rubbing and going all the way to the floor. The last time they fixed the vehicle they had it for one day. It was covered under warranty and I did receive a receipt. I no longer have the vehicle because we gave it back due to the problems. The members of the staff were nice and polite. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and a tune up. My vehicle was in the shop for about two days. I had a diagnostic previously, and I was trying to scrape up enough money, so the staff could finish the rest of the previous work. At the end of two days. I deceided that I could not scrape up enough money to finish the work, and I requested my vehicle back. I received paperwork, and the staff did a good job during my service. I needed some work on the engine, and the axil. There are to many other problems to list in total, so I just want to leave it at that. I plan to have more service in the near future, and I am happy about how things went for my last service.

 | I own a 1998 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was shorter, male, and he had been in an accedent before. I was approved the same day, and my vehicle was in good condition when I bought it. I currently do not have any problem with my vehicle, and my sales person did a good job during the time I spent at the dealership.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 KIA SEDONA. Oil change, and a new battery was why the vehicle was in for service, it took one day for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has an electronic issue with the ignition currently. Overall I would rate this experience neutral because the vehicle was still not fixed correctly.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Dave, and he provided good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2003 Pontiac AZTEK. I brought my car in because I thought I had back brake problems. It turned out to be the wheel hub. It was in the shop for one day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 MAZDA Protege. My overall experience was negative and I will not be getting my car fixed. My vehicle was clean inisde when I first got it. However, two days after I got it the check engine light came on. The saff overall were good. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Jeep LIBERTY. I had to take the vehicle in because it would shake if I go over 55 mph. I left the vehicle there for 1 day to be repaired. It was covered under warranty and I did receive paperwork that day. I am still having the problem with the vehicle shaking. The staff was pretty nice. My overall experience would be neutral due to me having problems from day one with the vehicle and I haven`t even had it 90 days.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. I brought it in for the brakes and an inspection. It was there for the day and I had to pay for part of it. The price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. The rear brakes are squeeking and I have already talked to them about it. They keep telling me that they have taken care of it though, but they still squeek. The staff was good and the experience was neutral because the brakes are still squeeking.
