My interior light comes on when ever it feels like, so the service department is working with me to fix it in the near future. The staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in to have work done on the breaks. It was quickly serviced for car. My vehicle was not under warranty, so I paid 60 dollars, which I believe is a fair price. I was given a receipt and the customer service was very good, and Sean is a nice guy. There are no current problems with the car.

 | I own a 1998 Buick Century. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because there was a busted boot on the front of the car. They failed to replace it last time it was busted. It was quickly serviced for me, and we had ran out of warranties, so I had to pay for the servie. I believe it was a fair price though. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was fine. There are still front-end problems with the car because the parts they are putting on aren`t lasting like they should. I`ve had to have the shocks replaced two times in the last few years. They shouldn`t need replaced that often.

It took an hour for me to be approved for my new vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it currently. The staff treated me very well, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Venture. I was having problems with the transmission slipping, the brakes were slipping, the drivers side door panel was loose and the vehicle was hesitant to start. They had the vehicle for 1 day. Most of the repairs were covered under warranty the rest was covered under the buyer protection plan. I did receive paperwork. The vehicle is still kinda hesitant to start. The staff was great and my overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, check up, and waterpump. The work took about 2 days, and the cost was covered under warranty. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me fine. Currently, the brake light keeps coming on, but they tell me that my brakes are fine. I do not know what to think about the brakes at this time.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the vehicle in because of a problem with the breaks squeaking. The service took a few hours, and I did not pay anything because my vehicle was under warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. Sean was helpful. There is still a little squeaking of the breaks, but that may be because of the new breakpads. I`m not sure if it`s a real problem or not.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. I bought my car from J.T. and he was a great salesperson. The car was clean but the condition of the car was bad when I bought it. The service engine light is still on and it needs a tuneup. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was neutral because the car was in bad condition when I bought it and needs to go back to the shop.
