    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my expereince was positive. I need work on my brakes, and my vehicle was in the shop for about one day. My service bill was fair, and I plan to have my back brakes fixed in the future. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle, and sum total of every thing adds up to wonderful.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Megan, and Matt was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I did purcahse I would say was in good shape when I received it. It took a couple of days for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it currently. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. My only complain is that I already bought a vehicle from Byrider, and I made every single payment on time. I thought for my second car they could have given me a better deal and not charged me 20% interest. My salesperson was Steve, and he provided fine customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, except for a few scratches on the car. I was approved for the vehicle the same day. Currently, the check engine light has come on, the hinge pins need replaced, and there is an odor of burning oil.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for a new fuel pump. It took only a couple of hours to fix. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was good. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 1997 Buick LeSabre. I recently brought the vehicle in an oil change, and it didnt take very long for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and I was on the highway recently and someone hit a rock under my car, and I think it loosned something up. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2008 Pontiac Grand Am. My salesperson was Walley. He and the staff did a good job. I was approved the szme day. My car was in alright condition when I got it. My car is having a few problems today, I am going to call them and take it in. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Caravan. Oil change was the recent service performed on the vehicle, and it took less than thirty minutes for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very nice, and the vehicle has no problems now. But I do have one complaint, the vehicle was too expensive. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. Johnny was the salesperson that I worked with and he was wonderful. He is a great guy. I was approved the first day I went in and the vehicle was clean and in pretty good condition. There are some holes in the left seat. I am hoping it will be taken care of.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. I bought my car from Pat and he was a good salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it and there are no current problems with the car now. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get the CD boot fixed and it took 30 minutes to get it all fixed. I got a receipt and the staff were really great. They all did a wondeful job. The brakes are making noise now so I have to get that checked out pretty soon.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. My experience was positive. Jeremy was my salesperson. My van was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the van in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My van is still running alright.

    I own a 1999 Chrysler Town & Cou. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was a black female. She was tall and had braids in her hair. She was pretty good as far as customer service. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with the car now, and I am taking it in in for the 30 day check up soon. I was approved the same day.

    I own a 2003 Buick Century. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for a new window motor for the driver side window. It took about 20 minutes to fix. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s customer service was great. There are no problems with my car at this time.
