 | I own a 2003 KIA Other. I brought it in for a windshield. It was there for a few hours and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. I have no complaints with the staff and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Montana. My experience was positive. Bobby was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

 | I own a 2001 GMC Jimmy. I brought my car in for them to install an emergency brake pedal kit. It took three or four hours to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was good. Currently the ABS light has come on. Overall my experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Escort. I recently brought the vehicle in to have fluid put in my transmission, it took a day or so for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and there is a thump coming from the vehicle, and it needs an alingment also. Overall I would rate this experience neutral because the vehicle still has issues.

 | I own a 1995 Buick Park Avenu. Overall my experience was very positive. I love JD Byrider and they have done everything they could to help me get my car. I brought the vehicle in to get new tires put on and it took an hour and a half. The price I paid was more than fair and I got a receipt. The staff were very helpful and have always been very helpful. The ABS light just recently came on and I need to call in to get an appointment soon.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. My salesperson was Anthony. He and the other employees did a great job. It took two weeks to get everything done. My car was in alright condition when I got it, it was dirty. My car is doing good today. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was a female. She was black and thin. She was good as far as customer service. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it (as far as I know). The only current problem with the car is that one of the side doors won`t shut all the way sometimes. I was approved the same day.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Durango. I brought my car in for the sensors and because it was jerking up and down. It took forty five minutes to an hour to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was great. Currently the car is still jerking up and down. They told me to bring it back in when I am ready to have the heat worked on as well. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of problems with the swaybar links. It was quickly serviced for me, and I did not pay anything. It was not under warranty, but they fixed it for free because they hadn`t fixed the problem the first time I brought it in. I do not think i was given a receipt, and the customer service great. Currently, there are no problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2003 KIA SEDONA. Overall my experience was positive. David worked with me and he is a wonderful guy. He did a great job with everything. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. It had a little starting issue problem recently and we are bringing it in soon.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Focus. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Kay. Her service was excellent. I was approved for the car in few days. The car was in good condition and clean when I got it. There are no problems with my car at this time. However I did have a part replaced last week but other than that, there are no problems with my car.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Jason, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good conditon when I bought it, but my engine light came on. I had a vavle that was loose on my engine, but the service department has fixed it. Jason did a good job with the purchase of my vehicle, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was neutral, because I found some things wrong with my vehicle. My sales person was Zack, and I was approved the same day. I found out that my vehicle had no power steering fluid in it, because there is a winning sound. My radiator has some stop leak in it, so it apparantly had a leak before. Zack did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

I didnt have to pay for it, but I didnt get anything back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me pretty good. Overall my experience was neutral because it wasnt good or bad.

 | I own a 2004 KIA SEDONA. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was David, and I loved him. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.
